Workplace EV Charging Grants now available

Details have been released on the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) £7.5 million workplace electric vehicle charging scheme which will provide £300 per installation of an electric vehicle (EV) charging socket. Operating as a voucher scheme, the aim is to provide enough funding for 25,000 new installations at workplaces across the UK. Applications are accepted from all UK businesses, charities and public sector organisations provided they have dedicated off-street parking for staff or fleet use only. The installations (of up to 20 charge points) must be completed within 4 months of the application date and the charge points must be maintained for a minimum of three years thereafter.
